2001		Developed a presence in India, recognizing the considerable savings available to companies using offshore processing centers, and launched Employer Services for Indian clients out of Chennai Acquired iQuest, an established US-based technology company, to strengthen and broaden its IT outsourcing competencies
2002		Acquired NPS and Salamander, two employer services providers, making InterPro the leading online HRIS and payroll company in Australia Building on the success of its first venture in India, expanded India operations to include medical transcription and IT solutions Launched back office processing for Employer Services in China Acquired ORDFS, a US-based Accounts Receivable company specialized in medical revenue lifecycle management, to strengthen its existing InterPro Medical Solutions offering Acquired Optimis, a successful document imaging company in Los Angeles, US to support the document management and storage needs of InterPro and its clients Acquired equity stakes in both Globalstride and Megasoft, adding Philippines-based call center services and expanding its technology team by over 400 offshore developers
2003		Began expansion into Europe with Employer Services and Technology Solutions India operations expanded to include contact center solutions, building a new facility and modern technology infrastructure Continued development of true end-to-end medical solutions by acquiring STAT, a medical transcription company based in Indiana, US and launching OzeScribe, a new provider of medical transcription services in Sydney, Australia Signed strategic partnership with CodeRyte, adding another service to its medical solutions suite - automated medical coding
2004		Acquire Physician Management Group, a Richmond based Patient Billing and Collections company. InterPro announces strategic partnership with United Iroquois Shared Services InterPro selected by Broadlane to Provide Medical Transcription Services
