Peter J. Finch
Peter J. Finch, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Finch was articled to Ernst & Young in September 1986. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Peter was based in Jersey, Channel Islands for 12 years before moving to Hong Kong with Barclays Bank PLC in August 1998 to spearhead the development of the wealth management services function in Asia. In December 2000 he moved to his present location in Singapore as Managing Director of BNP Paribas Singapore Trust Corporation Limited.

Michael J. Todd
Michael Todd is currently the Vice President and Legal Counsel for InterPro. Mr. Todd previously served as senior vice president and general counsel for a professional employer organization with more than 5,000 worksite employees. He has served as secretary of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of NAPEO (National Association of Professional Employer Organizations) and has authored articles for PEO and employee benefit magazines. Mr. Todd graduated with honors in 1995 from Florida State University College of Law with a J.D. degree. Mr. Todd also holds a B.A. of Finance from Utah State University where he graduated Cum Laude in 1991. He is a member of both the Utah and Maryland State Bars.
